In a supply chain optimization and revenue leakage project, I built a 2,100+ record ETL pipeline in BigQuery SQL across 7 relational tables to assess capacity, anomalies, and operational efficiency. Using Python (Pandas), I validated and corrected data integrity issues caused by duplicate aggregation from SQL joins, enabling accurate order-level financial reporting.

I also created an executive Tableau dashboard with LOD-based KPIs that highlighted extreme revenue concentration—where the top 3 product categories drove $669K+ ( >50% ) of total net revenue. Then I performed logistics deep-dives that identified how the highest-cost shipping provider ($86.64/order) contributed to nearly 43% of delivery delays, supporting strategic vendor renegotiation.

On the financial side, I developed a fully integrated 5-year 3-statement model and DCF valuation to assess the viability of a European market expansion. I engineered a bottom-up revenue forecast using SaaS unit economics (CAC, MRR, Churn), built interactive scenario testing with Data Validation and CHOOSE, and delivered an executive-grade dashboard to drive a data-backed Go/No-Go recommendation.
