At the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), I worked on government projects supporting MSMEs, entrepreneurship, and inclusive development in Goa. Under the RAMP initiative, my team conducted 44 business management training sessions for 1,805 participants and six programs transforming SHGs into MSMEs for 379 participants.
I also worked on entrepreneurship development programs for Self-Help Group and Cooperative Credit Society members, where the team trained 300 participants across four sessions. I coordinated with government and development agencies and monitored MIS reports and data compliance.
At BITS Pilani, I conducted field research in Gujarat, Telangana, and West Bengal for a study of women’s and poor people’s participation in community forestry. I hold a PhD in Development and Environmental Studies, and my research focuses on forest-dependent communities, sustainable livelihoods, and environmental policy.
