I work in production planning and shipping at a manufacturing company, where international clients rely on me for their delivery dates. When schedules slip, I coordinate production and carriers, agree a recovery plan, and tell the client straight what is happening and when to expect it. That has made me comfortable with difficult conversations and with following up until a problem is solved.
I use SAP every day, I’m learning Python, and I’m building a data analysis project. I’m also studying Industrial Organization Engineering and hold a Higher Vocational Qualification in Administration and Finance from Mondragon Unibertsitatea. I’m fluent in Spanish, English (C1) and Basque (B2).
I’m looking for a remote role in tech sales or business development, where I can combine my understanding of how client operations run with a drive to learn fast and grow.
