I've spent nearly 12 years at Dannemann Siemsen Advogados, one of Brazil's premier IP firms, where I progressed to Partner and advised clients on technology commercialization, portfolio positioning, and exclusivity rights.

I draft, review, and negotiate R&D agreements, technology supply contracts, and IP licensing deals covering trademarks, patents, proprietary know-how, royalty pricing, and structuring. I also advise on IP risk management and compliance for technology transfers and cross-border licensing arrangements.

My litigation work includes leading class actions with sector-wide impact in agribusiness, including plant variety protection and biotechnology patents involving soybeans, corn, and cotton, as well as consumer telecommunications matters. I've acted as lead counsel through all procedural stages, including oral arguments.

With a technical background in telecommunications and IT, I work effectively with R&D, product, and engineering teams. I'm bilingual in Portuguese and English, use AI-assisted legal research and document analysis tools, and am open to relocation.
