I’m looking to keep partnering with business teams on technology and commercial initiatives—negotiating and structuring deals with strong IP protection, regulatory awareness, and practical risk mitigation in a collaborative, business-minded legal role.

I’m an Attorney at Law with experience in commercial contracts, technology, and intellectual property, partnering closely with business areas to structure strategic initiatives. At Banco Santander’s Digital, Marketing & Commercial Legal team, I negotiate, draft, and review complex agreements across SaaS, technology, services, and IP licensing.

I act as a business partner for marketing, technology, and product teams, enabling commercial and digital initiatives while managing legal and reputational risk. I also provide legal analysis for advertising campaigns, institutional communications, and digital initiatives, with a strong regulatory focus, including consumer law and digital/e-commerce risk assessment.

Beyond contracting work, I support high-visibility projects and strengthen IP protections through portfolio management of over 580 trademarks and 430 domains. Previously, I led corporate routine work within Corporate & M&A, improved corporate processes, and earlier gained litigation and procedural experience through legal internships.
