At Christopher Alan Homes, I closed a 200-lot land shortfall within my first three months and, from April 2026, served as the sole acquisition lead across 11 markets in 9 counties. I also built the AI underwriting system that processed 3,424 lots from January to October 2026, combining parcel and GIS data, the live buy box, comps, and contract and title checks.
At Niroco LLC, I sourced more than 800 off-market infill lots for homebuilders and built technology-driven sourcing and acquisition workflows. I also built and managed a team of 9+ acquisition agents, a processor, and a disposition manager, and translated builders’ needs into lean AI and automation systems.
