I’m a Senior Backend / Go Engineer with 6+ years of experience building high-load distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native platforms—always with an eye on production reliability. I lead with Go/Golang, and I’m also deeply interested in AI infrastructure, LLM/RAG backend systems, retrieval APIs, embeddings, and AI-ready data pipelines.

At IKEA, I built and operated a high-load central data hub for order lifecycle visibility, turning distributed events into unified real-time monitoring for incident analysis and operational dashboards. I designed a Go aggregation service (~18,000 requests/sec) and developed a high-load authentication/authorization service handling 50,000+ requests/sec with stable p99 latency (~15 ms reads, ~80 ms writes). I also configured Docker/Kubernetes on AWS/EKS with HPA and CI/CD rollouts, and delivered observability with Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, ELK, CloudWatch, structured logging, and alerting.

Previously at Badoo, I owned the migration of core platform features from a legacy PHP monolith to Go microservices for a 10M+ daily active users platform. I re-engineered a Recommendation Service into a Go microservice, reducing p99 read latency from 360 ms to under 20 ms while supporting ~30,000+ requests/sec at peak. I built Kafka-based event pipelines (~65,000 messages/sec), optimized gRPC and internal contracts (p99 under 5 ms), improved PostgreSQL performance during migration, and maintained 99.9% availability through large-scale platform transitions.

Earlier at Volvo Trucks, I built a Go-based market share analytics platform ingesting and normalizing vehicle registration data across European countries. I combined Python/SQL automation for validation/deduplication with PostgreSQL schema/index design and REST APIs for internal dashboards, supporting Linux-based containerized operations and troubleshooting for non-technical stakeholders.
