At Children’s Choice Dentistry, I ran the General Anesthesia division and improved gross revenue from $4.6 million in 2021 to $8.1 million in 2022. I also reduced workflow turnaround by an average of 15 days through digital forms, automated reporting, and employee performance tracking.
