What I'm looking for

I'm looking to inspire maximum student growth and achievement through shared vision, research-based practice, innovation, instructional experience, and a passion for teaching and continuous learning. I value opportunities to develop new educators into successful teachers and leaders.

I'm currently Director of Bands at Greenville Independent School District, following roles as Director of Percussion/Assistant Band Director and K–12 elementary music teacher. Across 25 years in PreK–12 music education and administration, I've led state champion and national finalist percussion ensembles and taught as an adjunct professor at UNLV's School of Music.

I've also served as Interim Principal at Parkview Elementary School, where I led school improvement and program evaluation work. I bring experience in instructional leadership, organizational budgets, assessment-driven decision-making, professional learning communities, restorative practices, MTSS, and PBIS, and I'm committed to developing educators into successful teachers and leaders.
