What I'm looking for
I am a committed educator with a strong passion for music and the arts, currently serving as the Associate Director of Bands and Fine Arts Learning Leader at Burleson High School. My journey in music education has been marked by a dedication to providing life-changing experiences for my students, fostering their growth and creativity through music.
Throughout my career, I have achieved significant milestones, including leading my students to the school's first Bands of America Super Regional appearance and consistently earning UIL Sweepstakes for our concert bands. My educational background includes a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Music from the University of North Texas, which have equipped me with the skills to lead and inspire in the fine arts domain.
As a Drum Corps Educator and contest host for various music competitions, I strive to create an environment where students can thrive and express themselves through music. I am passionate about collaborating with fellow educators and musicians to elevate our programs and provide exceptional opportunities for our students.
