What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead music or ESL education programs where I can develop curriculum, prepare learners for meaningful performances or language goals, and support strong student outcomes.

I lead band programs at The First Academy College Preparatory School, directing Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, concert bands, marching band, and pep band for grades 6–12.

I've prepared students for marching shows, concerts, competitions, football games, parades, musicals, and color guard seasons. As Fine Arts Department Chair, I also implemented a rigorous grading system and managed hiring, contracts, and payment negotiations for marching band staff.

Alongside music education, I teach beginning-to-advanced ESL lessons virtually and have taught adult and youth English learners through the YMCA Learning Center and English Language Center. I create personalized lessons, administer placement assessments, and use Google Classroom for individual and group instruction.

I've also co-authored a K–8 general music curriculum, taught music production and special-needs music classes, and supported operations and technical support in administrative roles.
