At insightsoftware, I owned Windows and Linux installer architecture, development, and production support across Longview Close, Tax, and the proprietary LVAF framework. I built configuration-driven installation and instance-management tooling, rebuilt daily test systems, and delivered VS Code tooling that replaced reliance on a limited legacy editor.
I've also integrated agentic coding into delivery, coached teammates in AI engineering, and resolved difficult production installation issues quickly. Previously at Fujitsu America, I maintained retail and grocery point-of-sale products, owned tendering and order-management integrations with financial processors and APIs, and extended a legacy C++/COM communications foundation with GS1 DataBar support.
