Modernized the Stratus division’s codebase, processes, and infrastructure, including legacy WebForms maintenance and new .NET 8 RESTful back-end development. Built new React front-end features and supported AWS/Jenkins-based DevOps automation using PowerShell.

Automated environment switching and Azure log downloads with PowerShell scripts. Developed and maintained back-end services in .NET 6 using Azure and Cosmos DB, and implemented React front-end features with TypeScript for the Cargill Nutrition Cloud application.

Developed RESTful enterprise message distribution applications and APIs using WCF/WebAPI on .NET Core, MongoDB, and messaging systems including IBM MQ and RabbitMQ. Created internal developer tools with MVC, Bootstrap, and JavaScript tooling, and administered Jenkins integrations with Splunk log monitoring.

Implemented back-end features for B2B enterprise applications and APIs using WCF/WebAPI, SQL Server, and NSQ. Designed RESTful APIs to replace existing implementations and supported CI/CD via TeamCity and Octopus Deploy while performing code reviews and Splunk-based server log monitoring.

Developed RxTouch to automate pharmacies’ patient communications and designed a common C# framework for LOB applications across SQL Server back ends, C# middle tiers, and AngularJS front ends. Established coding standards, implemented ASP.NET MVC5 applications, and built utilities in Python for system administration.

Designed and implemented C# and WPF software to acquire and manipulate images from motorized microscopes for medical research. Built and maintained TeamCity on Linux with a PostgreSQL back end, enforced coding standards via code reviews, and helped evolve project management toward Agile.

Delivered new features in an enterprise SOA framework using C#, WCF, and SQL Server with Git-based source control. Implemented transactional pub/sub business object change mechanisms and enhanced business-logic layers for an enterprise patent management application.

Developed a cross-platform Download Manager in C++ for macOS and Windows and created installer-related automation utilities using shell scripting and Java tools. Built a Safari 5 extension to integrate with the download manager.

Developed Pipeline Compliance System functionality in C# and WPF, storing voltage sensor data to detect pipeline corrosion due to galvanism. Supported delivery through Agile Scrum project management practices.

Implemented UI features for StreetSmart Edge trading, including theming, font customization, sticky notes, and CNBC Video on Demand. Resolved performance and memory issues with ANTS Memory Profiler and delivered test-driven development changes using the MVVM pattern in WPF.

Led development of a multi-threaded MVVM WPF C# application for factory inspection workflows, including encrypting/uploading data and generating PDF form outputs. Built supporting services and shared libraries, and developed ASP.NET web functionality with Telerik controls and SQL Server 2008 while maintaining the public PHP/MySQL site.

Maintained and enhanced UI components for the Retina vulnerability scanner using Visual Basic 6 and C#, including a custom HTML report engine. Developed C# middle-tier data access and shared security/business logic components and supported security-related projects requiring rapid implementation to industry specifications.
