What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage product data and digital content end-to-end, keep catalogs accurate, and use Excel plus CMS/PIM tools. I want collaborative teams with clear deadlines, where attention to detail and quality matter.

I’m a Data Entry & Content Management Specialist with 2 years of experience across data entry, content management, and e-commerce operations. I focus on keeping product and digital content accurate, consistent, and easy to manage across CMS and e-commerce platforms.

In my current role as Digital Operations & E-commerce Specialist at Jakala, I update and create content on CMS platforms like Magento and Pimcore, inserting images, texts, and products for multilingual web and e-commerce projects. I’ve managed high-volume workflows independently, including 25 multilingual websites/e-commerce sites, while maintaining a very low margin of error, and I coordinate with Content, SEO, IT, and Project Management teams to meet release deadlines. I also trained 2 resources on Data Entry and Digital Operations.

Previously at Circana, I handled entering, updating, and verifying product data and records with strong quality control. I managed large volumes of retailer and supermarket catalog information (approximately 1200 products per day), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency according to defined procedures and standards.

I also strengthen my work with analytics and communication: as an E-commerce Data Analyst & Data Entry at Kiliagon, I used advanced Excel reporting (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas) and supported Amazon-focused keyword monitoring and performance quality control. Earlier, at Next Group, I contributed to digital content production by drafting and updating articles and DEMs and supporting editorial planning and social media content management.
