At Johnson Controls, I built Rumil, a production agentic AI assistant used daily by the C•CURE 9000 support organization. It replaced manual searching across four disconnected systems and enables non-engineers to query operational data in natural language.

I designed Rumil’s 17-tool agent loop using Anthropic Claude and Azure OpenAI, with hybrid retrieval across roughly 310,000 Elasticsearch chunks from seven sources. I took it from a homelab prototype to production with FastAPI, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Entra ID, Docker Compose, GitHub Actions, and a 6,000-test evaluation and quality harness.

Before Johnson Controls, I led engineering systems work at Pall Corporation, where I automated troubleshooting, migrated more than 3 TB of technical data three weeks ahead of schedule with zero incidents, and supported a $300M business unit. I also reduced workstation setup time by 72% across 800+ endpoints and managed CAD, PLM, simulation, licensing, vendor compliance, and infrastructure.

Across eight years in enterprise support and infrastructure automation, I map workflows end to end before automating them. I also build practical diagnostics, integrations, documentation, and production systems that reduce manual triage and repeat escalations.
