My main focus is ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of data, reporting and resolving any issues that arise.

As the Business Performance Analyst, my role was to report on the performances of all KFC branches under the Group and within the group itself. Performance areas included stock days on hand, labor utilisation, sales performance, KPI's (stores, area coaches, and regional managers), marketing campaign success, etc. In addition, my role was to make recommendations to these stakeholders.

My main focus was to create a temporary project management system in MS Excel that incorporated everything from client requests to master database to project close-out. The use of VBA automated the flow of data from one file to the next and assigning unique numbers to each project. I used the master database to track and report on these projects to the board.

My main focus was analysing utility invoices of clients with the view of recommending and implementing cost reductions based on their operational needs. On the other hand, I analysed Municipal billing databases with the view of highlighting inefficiencies within their revenue collection operations. I also ran the entire billing function efficiently by myself.
