What I'm looking for

I seek a managerial role in agribusiness or distribution where I can apply agricultural-extension skills, lead teams, optimize inventory and supply chains, train farmers, and grow into senior leadership within an impact-driven organization.

I hold a BSc in Agricultural Extension and Community Development and I focus on practical, income-generating agriculture and efficient distribution operations.

In my current role I manage a team of 15 staff, oversee inventory and storage, control budgets and costs, and work with sales teams to achieve daily targets of 3,500–4,500 packs.

I have hands-on warehouse experience including order processing, forklift operation, quality control, and health-and-safety compliance. As an extension officer I trained farmers in farm management, used GPS tools to map roughly 200 farmers and captured hundreds of hectares of farm data, and supervised cocoa pollination teams.

I led a community project introducing oyster mushroom production to farmers—10 trained with 4 adopting it sustainably—and I bring attention to detail, leadership, and a proactive approach to operational and agricultural challenges.
