I’m looking for a music leadership role where I can direct orchestra programming, grow participation and retention, mentor musicians, and strengthen community partnerships—leading both artistic vision and fundraising impact.

I’m an Orchestra Director who develops high-performing orchestra programs and cultivates thriving musical communities. At Fort Bend ISD, I direct and develop a comprehensive orchestra program serving 165+ students across multiple ensembles.
