I’m a community operations leader with 15+ years building and managing the programs, partnerships, and infrastructure that connect organizations to the people they serve.

I’ve managed 100+ volunteers per event, coordinated 5-program nonprofit operations, and run fundraising campaigns from $30K to $300K. I also served as a census ambassador for hard-to-count communities and represented organizations at city council and county policy forums.

Currently, I’m the Executive Director at a community music education nonprofit and the Director of Operations (Equity Partner) at an AI consulting firm. I lead community-facing operations end to end—programming, engagement, instructor coordination, event planning, and partnerships—while building delivery systems and client workflows from zero.

My approach blends hands-on community engagement with operational systems thinking and modern tools (CRM, Airtable, and Stripe), plus human-centered design. I’ve driven technology modernization, strengthened distribution processes across partner networks, and advocated for diversity in AI-generated brand imagery.
