At Raytheon Technologies, I standardize cybersecurity requirements, gate-review artifacts, business cases, and resource plans to accelerate enterprise project approvals. I embed Cyber Architecture and Compliance requirements throughout initiation, design, and deployment while improving the company-wide project management review process.
Previously at Raytheon, I delivered approximately 25 security and infrastructure projects annually, led 3–5 project managers in support of the CISO, and directed multimillion-dollar investment planning across four directorates. My background also includes data center migrations, telecom infrastructure deployment, network planning, outside-plant engineering, and manufacturing operations.
