At METRON, I manage a portfolio of six industrial clients in Europe, covering projects from presales through implementation and post-delivery support. I implemented its energy management platform and developed dashboards connecting energy use with production and emissions.
I identified industrial energy-saving opportunities with potential savings of 10–15%, and expanded digital monitoring to up to 100% of the energy consumption points defined in a project. I also led the design of an energy transition and digital roadmap for a client in Brazil.
At BIP Business Integration Partners, I managed a portfolio of three engineering and sustainability projects valued at more than €2 million. I delivered all projects on time and within budget and implemented Scrum to improve team coordination.
At Accenture, I translated business needs into technology requirements and solutions for an Energy & Utilities client, including CRM process redesign and system integration. I coordinated a two-person development team and managed testing, stakeholders, and delivery risks through production release.
