I'm looking to apply consultative client growth, process re-engineering, and AI-enabled analytics to complex financial services or regulated-industry challenges.

I've founded, scaled, and advised client-facing businesses in financial services for more than 15 years, combining consultative sales with data-driven process design.

At Waterfall Insurance, I grew a full-service insurance and financial services agency from zero to 1,000+ clients and achieved 85%+ annual retention. I owned the full client lifecycle, built Salesforce reporting and retention models, and led a cross-functional team of 8+ across sales, service, and operations.

At Attendant Capital, I build AI-driven trading and analytical systems from concept through live deployment. I re-engineered manual workflows to reduce refinement cycles by 10+ hours per iteration and developed algorithmic decision systems that improved profit factor by 2.5x.
