At Sicredi, cut regression runtime from ~1h to ~5min (92% reduction) by parallelizing TestNG and batching an Oracle procedure that queues 100-500 scenarios per release and validates every transaction in bulk. Built 500+ API tests in Java, RestAssured, and TestNG with Allure evidence, added GitLab CI/CD quality gates blocking buggy deploys, and validated Kafka topic message integrity end to end.

At Itaú's CIAM squad, cut the regression suite from 8min to 2min via TestNG parallelism and eliminated 100% of false positives through selective retries and deterministic data reset. Automated OAuth2/JWT and PingFederate flows (Open Finance) with Java, Cucumber, and Selenium, enforced JMeter/Locust SLAs (P95<300ms, error rate<1%), and caught a release-blocking bug via schema validation.

At Boa Vista/Equifax and Next (Bradesco's digital bank), built a multithreaded Python script calling GraphQL APIs that classified 300,000+ test records per day in a live environment with no DEV/QA access. Reverse-engineered undocumented legacy flows into Karate DSL tests and ran API/web regressions with Cypress, Postman, and Karate DSL in GitLab CI + Docker with parallel execution.

At Alelo, diagnosed a long-standing rounding bug in the ARV receivables-anticipation engine (root cause: truncated decimal precision) and led the team to build a corrected system. Built from scratch a Java framework (JUnit, Selenium, Maven, Page Object Model, Cucumber BDD) covering E2E UI, API, and database flows with 40-80 scenarios per execution on Azure DevOps and GitLab.

At Porto Seguro, automated dynamic-element scenarios in the Salesforce auto-claims flow (complex affected-parts selection logic) after validating ANS regulatory file integrations for health-plan compliance. Built E2E test cases in Java, JUnit, Selenium, and Docker in parallel, checking Oracle data integrity across all 4 formats (JSON, XML, Excel, CSV) with BDD/Cucumber in Scrum/Kanban.

At Santander, promoted twice in 2 years (intern to trainee to junior); built a portable AutoIt tool with hotkey screen capture generating editable PPTX reports with click-point arrows, adopted by a ~20-person QA team in a factory banning software installs. Automated web/mobile tests with TestNG, LeanFT, JUnit, Selenium, and Appium across critical banking flows, plus a Speech-to-Text API POC.

At b2finance (an accounting services company), provided hands-on IT support to non-technical staff: formatted machines, managed Active Directory users, reset passwords, granted/blocked access, released internet permissions, and installed Java with environment configuration. Built AutoIt scripts automating new-notebook setup, cutting a manual process from hours to minutes per machine.
