At Mission Pet Health, I evaluate de novo veterinary hospital opportunities through demographic, competitive, and site-level analysis. I developed site selection recommendations and executive-level investment materials supporting approval of 25+ new hospital locations.
I also review hospital performance and satellite pro formas to assess extension opportunities, and coordinate with Corporate Development to align acquisition and de novo expansion strategies. My work includes assessing site feasibility, rent economics, CapEx, zoning, and entitlements.
Previously, I supported healthcare and technology investment banking and private equity work, including a ~$400M EV healthcare sell-side process and a veterinary technology acquisition from sourcing through signed LOI. I also managed strategy and allocation for a $500K+ student-managed portfolio, contributing to 60%+ cumulative returns.
