At Pinewell Capital, I assessed buy-out and growth capital investments in industrials, including construction materials. I reviewed a company’s CIM and financials, developed an investment thesis, and assisted in constructing an LBO model; I also supported due diligence and investment materials for a potential bolt-on acquisition.
