I’m looking for a Senior Data Analyst or hybrid Analyst/Scientist role where operational analytics experience combines with applied ML in forecasting and segmentation, especially in retail or other data-intensive environments with strong business context.

I’m a Data Analyst with 8+ years of experience in operational analytics, KPI optimisation, and digital risk intelligence. I’ve improved core performance metrics—reducing Average Handling Time (AHT) from ~780s to 480s (–38%) and increasing NPS from 8.1 to 9.3—while analysing KPIs to spot patterns, deviations, and reliability issues.

I build forecasting systems and deliver actionable insights to executive stakeholders, including seasonality detection, demand peak anticipation, and cross-market analysis to separate global vs. local drivers. Through OSINT-based digital risk & reputation work and my DSMarket project (LightGBM forecasting + K-Means segmentation), I bring a rigorous, evidence-first approach while continuously strengthening my applied ML toolkit.
