I design, ship, and operate AI systems across the whole stack: the Python backend, the agent logic, the deployment, and the monitoring that keeps it honest.

Since 2024 I've worked independently, delivering a content automation platform for TopGrily.cz (Python backend, NocoDB, Claude API — article generation and human-in-the-loop CZ→SK translation), business-intelligence dashboards and agentic workflows for international clients, and production web projects in SvelteKit with containerized CI/CD deployment. Before that I spent two years at Seznam.cz, the largest Czech internet company, on big-data processing for customer classification — C++, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, with heavy emphasis on hardware efficiency and observability.

I run my own production-grade infrastructure: a Proxmox cluster with Docker Swarm, full Grafana/Prometheus/Loki observability, and local LLM inference on dedicated GPUs. My personal R&D includes an autonomous LLM coding pipeline with a FastAPI/MCP control plane and self-hosted CI, where I benchmark local models across agent-harness designs. When I claim production experience with agents, I mean systems that run every day and page me when they break.

Before software I spent a decade in hospitality, ending as a bar manager — Best Czech Bartender 2016, twice-awarded cocktail menus. That career taught me operations under pressure, team leadership, and that the last 10% of polish is where the value lives.

Interests: local/self-hosted AI, homelab engineering, making things — wood, metal, 3D printing. Czech native, professional English. Remote-first, comfortable with async, flexible on contract type (employment or B2B via my Czech IČO).
