Tomas Svoboda

I founded GetJob.cz and built its AI job platform from idea through development to live operation. It connects students and graduates with job openings through a React web app using Supabase, Vercel, and Claude language models.

I developed MatchScore to compare a candidate’s CV with a job’s requirements, show the match, and explain what fits or is missing. I also built features for CV creation with ATS checks, cover letters, interview preparation, application tracking, and automated job-ad imports and sorting.

Alongside product development, I handle business outreach and marketing for GetJob.cz. I assembled a database of companies and schools, manage personalized outreach and a HubSpot pipeline, and run Meta Ads and social content.

As a law student at Právnická fakulta Univerzity Karlovy, I apply my legal studies to GetJob.cz’s GDPR and AI Act compliance, terms, and privacy documentation. I’m also studying finance at Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze.
