At Richmond County School System, I support endpoint operations across an environment serving approximately 5,000 staff and 26,000 students. I administer Microsoft Intune for enrollment, provisioning, Windows Autopilot deployments, BitLocker recovery, and remote device actions.
I also manage Active Directory accounts and Microsoft 365 user support, and use Google Admin Console to manage ChromeOS devices, extensions, and device policies. I deployed, configured, and delivered approximately 1,500 endpoint devices, and participated in refresh initiatives replacing approximately 600 devices.
Previously, at Mission Essential Personnel LLC, I supported classified national security operations by analyzing technical data and producing time-sensitive analytical products in a Top Secret environment.
In the United States Air Force, I served as a Helpdesk Supervisor, Digital Communications Technician, and Data Acquisition Specialist. My work included supervising 30–50 personnel, troubleshooting mission systems and communications equipment, and processing and validating mission data.
