What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in agricultural operations or food processing where I can apply compliance, operational excellence, and team development to improve productivity and safety.

I am an experienced agricultural scientist and packhouse manager with a decade of leadership in citrus packing operations and regulatory compliance. I led teams of over 500, managed GlobalGAP and SIZA audits, implemented HACCP and health & safety programs, and consistently met production, quality and customer service targets.

With a BSc in Animal Science and research experience in animal production, I combine technical agricultural expertise with strong operational, training and stakeholder-collaboration skills. I deliver measurable improvements in productivity, biosecurity and inventory management while fostering safe, motivated teams.
