What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting reliable production databases, cloud migration, HA/DR, performance tuning, and incident response while collaborating closely with application and infrastructure teams.

I've supported enterprise database environments across SQL Server, Azure SQL Managed Instance, MongoDB Atlas, and PostgreSQL, handling access, incidents, changes, migrations, and disaster-recovery work.

At Accenture Philippines, I supported 200+ production and non-production SQL Server instances with 24x7 on-call coverage. I led P1 incident bridges, improved query and index performance, and maintained Always On Availability Groups, Failover Cluster Instances, mirroring, replication, and backup/recovery operations.

I've also led incident and change coordination, mentored junior team members, and created runbooks and operational documentation. I stay calm during critical incidents and work closely with application, network, and infrastructure teams to turn recurring issues into supportable solutions.
