What I'm looking for

I’m seeking administrative or remote opportunities where I can contribute my skills in organisation, communication, and client support while continuing to grow professionally in a flexible environment. I’m open to administrative support, data capturing, customer service, virtual assistance, and other remote or office-based roles.

At House of Yag, I manage client relations, quotations, invoicing, and material procurement, while supporting jewellery processes including 3D printing, precious metal casting, gemstone setting, and finishing. I also contribute to sales growth through marketing, customer support, and repair services.

I built and managed Cloverfield Designer Jewellers, handling customer consultations, jewellery design and sourcing, inventory, quality control, and daily operations. Previously, I ran KM Designer Jewellers, working across customer relationships, marketing, and outsourced partnerships.
