At Tint Tone and Shade, I manage end-to-end testing for an interior design CRM web application, from requirements analysis and test planning through release validation. I created and maintained 300+ test cases covering business requirements, boundary conditions, and edge cases.
I test Leads, Opportunities, and Integration Hub workflows, including Google Apps Script payloads for field mapping, phone-based deduplication, and API key authentication. I’m also building a Playwright and TypeScript automation framework using Claude AI agents and MCP.
Previously at Unizen Technologies, I tested SaaS CRM modules across functional, smoke, regression, integration, and cross-browser testing. I validated CRUD data with SQL and Postman, wrote REST Assured API tests, and helped maintain Selenium WebDriver and TestNG regression suites in Jenkins CI/CD.
I’m continuing to grow my modern web automation capabilities through Playwright and TypeScript while focusing on reliable, end-to-end software quality.
