I'm currently a Clinical Psychologist, Researcher, and Senior Lecturer at the University of Central Punjab, Lahore, following clinical, teaching, and supervision roles at UMT, London Psychology Center, and the University of the Punjab.
I've completed 1,785 hours of supervised clinical training across psychiatry wards, community settings, and social work placements. My practice includes CBT, REBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based therapies, behavior therapy for children, play therapy, Islamically Integrated Psychotherapy, tele-counseling, and trauma-focused support.
I've taught psychology and research methods, supervised MS theses, supported doctoral and master's research projects internationally, published in mental-health journals, and use quantitative and qualitative methods to advance clinically relevant research.
