What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Lecturer position where I can use my research expertise, clinical exposure, and leadership experience to strengthen teaching, student development, and psychological research in a reputable academic environment.

I’m a dedicated Psychology professional with an M.Phil in Applied Psychology, combining research expertise, clinical exposure, and organizational leadership to support strong academic and student outcomes. My focus is on teaching, psychological research, and assessment-informed decision-making.

In my research and academic work, I’ve explored how emotional intelligence and core self-evaluation relate to aggression in delinquent and non-delinquent adolescents. I also published on Dr. Oz’s Anxiety Scale as an indicator of test/examination anxiety among male and female college students, strengthening my ability to translate findings into meaningful insights.

Clinically, I’ve completed an internship at DHQ Hospital Faisalabad, gaining exposure to psychological assessment, case history taking, behavioral observation, clinical reporting, and patient interaction. I also conducted a BS clinical case study project involving clinical interviewing, psychological assessment, case formulation, report writing, intervention planning, and work with 8 patients.

Professionally, I bring 8 years of leadership experience from SAS – Student Aid Society, where I served as Head of City and Head of Province. I led teams, coordinated volunteer recruitment and training, managed human resource functions, supported conflict resolution and team building, and mentored others while driving educational and social welfare initiatives.
