At ERACORE, I develop and coordinate electrical BIM models for U.S. data center, healthcare, commercial, and institutional projects. I produce coordinated conduit shop drawings, electrical room layouts, penetration plans, and installation drawings for field use.
I use Revit and Navisworks to coordinate electrical systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing models. My work includes clash resolution, constructability reviews, feeder routing, clearances, and coordination of supports and penetrations.
Before ERACORE, I was MEP BIM Team Lead at ASASS Construction, where I led multidisciplinary MEP model development and coordination to LOD 400/500. I also reviewed models for BIM compliance and produced shop drawings, takeoff schedules, coordination reports, and Revit families.
Earlier, I worked as an MEP Project Manager and MEP Project Engineer, coordinating project delivery and installation activities. I also worked in electrical maintenance for oil and gas operations and taught engineering tutorials and laboratory sessions at Pharos University.
