I’m a skilled VDC coordinator with experience in the AEC industry, focused on managing and executing BIM projects from start to finish. I’m looking for a challenging role in an organization that offers variety of opportunities to expand my skills while helping achieve the company’s goals.

In my current role as a VDC Coordinator, I initiate project and BIM models for team collaboration and worksharing, and create Plumbing and Fire Protection 3D models (LOD400) using fabrication in Revit. I run clash detection, coordinate across trades, and account for technical regulations including IPC and NFPA, then support permits with shop drawings, hanger inserts/sleeves, spool drawings, and BOMs. Previously, as a BIM Coordinator, I reviewed BIM specifications, modified the BEP for coordination and construction phases, developed LOD400 MEP models, drafted RFIs from clashes, generated shop/as-built deliverables, and supported closeout with COBie sheet extraction and Scan-to-BIM modeling from point clouds.
