What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters growth, values employee engagement, and promotes a positive workplace culture.

As a recent business graduate and HR Specialist, I bring over two years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. My journey began with a Bachelor of Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University, complemented by a Diploma of Business Administration from SAIT. I have honed my skills in enhancing employee engagement and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

In my role as a Human Resources Associate at New Age Services Inc., I successfully onboarded new hires and managed pre-employment screening processes. I developed targeted recruitment strategies that improved our hiring efficiency and collaborated with senior HR to revise policies for better workplace health. My internship at Global Talent Accelerator allowed me to assist in recruitment and refine HR procedures, further solidifying my expertise in the field.

Additionally, my leadership experience as a Team Lead at Sephora has equipped me with the skills to drive team performance and manage employee relations effectively. I am passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and am eager to contribute my skills to a dynamic HR team.
