I'm looking to lead strategy, transformation, governance, and operational execution initiatives where I can align diverse stakeholders, strengthen performance frameworks, and deliver measurable regional impact.

I'm currently advising Visa on high-priority system and operational initiatives across CEMEA, connecting regional partners, institutions, and technical teams to strengthen delivery, readiness, risk management, and executive reporting.

Across nearly 12 years at HSBC, I led multi-regional operations transformation programs spanning operations, technology, compliance, and finance. I established governance for multi-million-dollar budgets, capacity forecasting, resource allocation, and variance reporting, while applying Six Sigma and Lean to build scalable performance frameworks.

Earlier, I helped United Rads for Tele-Radiology expand its MENA footprint by 45% and reduced response lead times from 24 hours to 6 hours through SLA redesign. I bring 26+ years of experience across financial services, healthcare, and telecom-adjacent operations, delivering in Arabic and English.
