What I'm looking for

I’m looking to advise clients and companies on commercial, civil, and criminal matters—especially where law meets technology—while continuing to teach, publish, and speak on legaltech and cybercrime topics.

I combine practice with teaching and writing: I have trained more than 1,200 students and made over 60 media appearances. I am the only author cited in the National Cybersecurity Strategy of Uruguay 2024-2030, and I have written 6 solo books, 6 co-authored books, and 23 solo academic articles.

I define myself as a proactive writer and lawyer, and besides I am a university professor focused on Law and Technology. With 22 years of experience, I have advised individuals and companies across diverse sectors.
