What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue as a litigation-focused attorney, supporting clients in complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and insolvency matters, with strategic courtroom advocacy and rigorous contract work.

I’m an attorney focused on litigation and commercial dispute resolution, with hands-on experience preparing briefs and advocating in court. In my current role, I represent clients across mortgage and eviction proceedings, including cases involving precarious tenancy and non-payment.

I also handle construction-defects litigation (latent and construction defects) and broader real estate disputes, along with contract disputes between different types of companies. I work through the full lifecycle of matters, including insurance proceedings, and support lead counsel in arbitration—either assisting or acting with the arbitrator.

Previously, I worked in the litigation and commercial law space handling insolvency matters from the debtor’s perspective and advising on contract law. I prepared, drafted, and negotiated domestic and international contracts, and I represented clients at hearings in corporate and contractual disputes.

Earlier in my career at a major law firm, I contributed to competition law and banking law proceedings through trial and up to the court of cassation. I also supported M&A work (due diligence) and corporate secretarial services (minutes and certifications of corporate resolutions), and I have shared my expertise through teaching and published legal work.
