At Infortec Especialistas en Ciberseguridad, I execute technical and consultative pre-sales for AXUR, RidgeBot, SOC Bigfive, and Acronis RMM. I gather requirements, size solutions, define scope, develop value proposals, and support PoCs, demonstrations, implementations, and post-sales adoption.
Previously at Becall Group, I provided hardware and software support, managed helpdesk tickets, supported Active Directory, and maintained data-network infrastructure including switches, ports, and network configuration.
During my internship at Institución Universitaria EAM, I configured Aruba and Cisco switches, responded to cybersecurity incidents, performed internal cybersecurity testing, and administered, monitored, and secured Wi-Fi networks.
I'm a Data Network Management technologist currently studying Information Security Engineering, with training in Cisco routing and switching, Cyber Ops, ethical hacking, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Linux, and network security.
