At JMM Software Services, I support client technology initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, testing, documentation and ongoing improvement. I coordinate business systems, automation, APIs and technical deliverables while keeping clients and stakeholders informed.

I've built and deployed JMM Software Services' client-facing website and develop Power Automate workflows, REST API integrations and Deluge scripts across CRM, project management, service desk, finance and analytics systems.

My QA background includes functional, interface and performance testing at PlaytestCloud, as well as user acceptance testing for a machinery application and website through commercial launch. I document defects clearly, investigate issues and help teams resolve blockers before release.

Through Project Lelo, I design AI-driven systems using Python, APIs, LLM technologies, automated data pipelines and real-time communication. I'm motivated by practical automation, clear technical documentation and technology that improves how people work.
