Martinah Ramotshela

I’m a goal-driven Human Resource Management professional who wants to grow through practical HR experience while contributing to recruitment, training, and employee development. My objective is to join a dynamic organization where I can support people-focused initiatives and strengthen day-to-day HR practices.

Through my studies, I’ve built a strong foundation in Human Resource Management, completing N4, N5, and N6 certificates, and currently working toward a Diploma in Human Resource Management at the University of South Africa (UNISA). I’m motivated by learning that turns into real workplace impact, especially around developing employees and improving how teams are supported.

Before and alongside my HR path, I supported classroom instruction as a Teacher’s Assistant, assisting with lesson preparation, learner supervision, administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive, organized learning environment. That experience shaped how I work—staying organized, supporting others effectively, and contributing to a structured, supportive environment where people can perform.
