What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR operations role where I can manage recruitment administration, maintain accurate records, and support training and development—working in a people-focused team that values accuracy, confidentiality, and reliable delivery.

I’ve built my career supporting Human Resources operations in a corporate office environment at a TVET College. I’ve handled labour relations support, worked closely with HR leadership, and been trusted to deliver effective administrative assistance.

In recruitment and onboarding, I processed paperwork from receiving and registering applications to capturing and profiling CVs on spreadsheets. I prepared documentation for shortlisting and interviews, maintained accurate filing, and supported submissions for newly appointed employees.

I also strengthen people development and operational standards—training employees, confirming training logistics, and supporting boardroom readiness. Alongside HR work, I delivered disciplined, time-accurate exam invigilation with a focus on monitoring, communication, and record-keeping.
