What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support front-office operations, ensure compliance accuracy, and provide responsive customer service—while learning from experienced teams and growing within a professional, service-focused environment.

I’ve built practical front-office and compliance experience through my internship with the National Social Security Fund (Mwingi branch), where I supported member registration, helped with collection/compliance duties (including “e-slip” monthly returns), and processed member benefits. I’m comfortable guiding employers through required processes while keeping day-to-day office work running smoothly when officers are out on field work.

Earlier, during my attachment at the Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, State department for Foreign Affairs, I supported administrative front-office work by delivering mails to different offices and attending peace sensitization forums. With ongoing Secretarial Studies at KCA University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, I bring strong organization, a “keen to details” mindset, and “good communicator” energy to roles where accuracy, professionalism, and service matter.
