What I'm looking for

I am looking for an opportunity where I can grow professionally while contributing positively through strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I am particularly interested in roles involving translation, transcription, customer support, administrative support, and content-related work.

I’m a motivated graduate in Political Science and Public Administration, driven by service and practical impact. I bring hands-on experience in administrative support, public service, and community engagement, with a strong focus on clear documentation and reliable data handling.

In my current role as an Assistant County Commissioner (Cadet Intern), I support front-desk operations by welcoming community members, responding to inquiries, and providing administrative direction. I also compile and draft official reports from Baraza returns, coordinate office operations such as scheduling appointments, and manage filing of sensitive documents. I represent the office in community outreach, workshops, and public participation forums, including mediating land and estate conflicts toward amicable resolutions.

Previously, as an Administrative Assistant at Shalom IT Center, I maintained accurate student registration, attendance, and performance records using Microsoft Excel. I handled front-desk communication in person and by phone, drafted internal communications, student memos, and meeting minutes, and kept daily office operations running smoothly through scheduling, filing, and supply management.

I also strengthened my community and research exposure through roles as a Community Health Volunteer and Research Assistant. I conducted household visits to collect health data, supported public health education and vaccination drive mobilization, and assisted external researchers with field navigation, participant trust-building, and sampling-location identification—helping improve data collection effectiveness.
