I am a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience spanning medical billing, commercial sales, logistics, and corporate communication. My career journey reflects a unique blend of healthcare revenue cycle management expertise and executive-level leadership in international trade, supply chain, and business development.

Currently, I work as a Medical Biller for Visionary Reimbursement Solution (VRS), where I manage charge posting, claims submission, denial management, and insurance verification for U.S. ambulatory surgery centers. My role ensures efficient revenue cycle operations and accurate patient billing through strong communication with insurance providers.

Previously, I held senior positions in the Commercial and Logistics Department at Elsa-Es DOOEL, where I led sales strategies, procurement, and international logistics. I developed and implemented business growth strategies, optimized supply chain processes, and built strong client relationships across domestic and foreign markets. My earlier roles at Johnson Matthey Skopje and Décor Design Dooel further strengthened my expertise in production planning, procurement, and international trade, including customs operations and export-import management.

Beyond corporate roles, I have contributed to international projects as an Interpreter and Consultant for organizations such as OSCE/ODIHR, USAID, UNICEF, and IFES, supporting election monitoring, youth development, and environmental initiatives.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication and Public Relations, alongside diplomas in Interior Design and Civil Engineering studies. My multilingual abilities — fluent in English, Bulgarian, Serbian/Croatian, with basic Spanish — enable me to work effectively across diverse cultural and business environments.
