I’m available for interim and contract delivery leadership, focused on complex programme delivery, delivery-process turnarounds, cost and time-to-market optimisation, and regulated market entry and exit.

At Forge-IT, I provide interim and contract delivery leadership to technology and iGaming organisations, drawing on nearly 20 years delivering regulated software and IT projects. I focus on complex programme delivery, delivery-process turnarounds, cost and time-to-market optimisation, and regulated market entry and exit.

At Combination AB, embedded in R&D for Betway Sportsbook, I delivered an operating-cost reduction of about 65% against a 40% mandate, with zero customer impact. I also led three cross-functional teams building Kipem, a social/community product integrated with the core gaming platform.

At Derivco Sports, I coordinated regulated market entry across US states and directed the launch of a platform-agnostic social product. Earlier, at Derivco, I led project managers and delivery teams across live casino products; my experience also includes e-government, fintech, mobile technology and digital marketing projects.
