I’m an AI Solutions Engineer who embeds with client teams and owns AI delivery end-to-end—from scoping ambiguous business problems to prototyping against real data, hardening to production, and driving team adoption.
In the last year, I shipped three RAG-based AI support assistants (all in production), built production automation workflows, and ran an AI tool compliance audit against the EU AI Act that informed a client deployment decision. I use evals before features, ship the smallest thing that proves the bet, and hand off with full context.
I also design and deliver adoption frameworks and SaaS products, with a strong focus on reliability, guardrails/fallback-to-human paths, and accessibility/performance discipline (WCAG 2.2 AA and Lighthouse 95+).
